Return and Refund Policy

Overview

This Limited Warranty becomes effective on the date the product is delivered to the original consumer purchaser and applies only to products purchased from the official website: lubluelu.com.
If you require returns, exchanges, or warranty services, you must first contact lubluelu for troubleshooting and diagnosis.

For products purchased through third-party e-commerce platforms (such as TikTok, eBay, Walmart, etc.), please follow the warranty and return policies provided by those platforms.

1.30-Day No-Reason Return 

You may apply for a no-reason return within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of product receipt, provided you offer valid proof of purchase. Upon approval of your application, and if the product is in its original condition (original packaging, complete accessories, and without obvious human-induced damage), we will accept the return. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method within fourteen calendar days after the returned item is received and successfully inspected.

If the return is classified as "non-quality issue/non-product defect" (e.g., customer dissatisfaction, mistaken purchase, failure to meet advertising expectations, etc.), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We recommend the customer use carriers such as FedEx or UPS to send out the item and cover the shipping fees.

We cannot offer a refund or exchange if the product has been received for more than 30 days.

2.Statutory Warranty Rights

This Limited Warranty does not affect the statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. The rights granted under this Limited Warranty are additional to, and do not replace, your rights under consumer law.

3.Warranty Period Calculation

The warranty period begins on the date shown on a valid proof of purchase, receipt, invoice, or order confirmation. If the delivery date is later than the purchase date, the delivery date shall apply.

If valid proof of purchase cannot be provided, the warranty period will be calculated based on the product’s manufacturing date.

4.Additional Instructions

(1) Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon receiving the product, please inspect the condition of the packaging and goods immediately:

- If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, please refuse delivery;

- If the packaging appears intact but the product inside is damaged, please contact customer service via the contact page within 24 hours of receipt, and provide the following evidence to verify the damage:

① A photo of the unopened outer packaging as received;
② A full view photo of the inner packaging after opening, covering the entire package;
③ Clear, detailed photos of the damaged or defective product.

Failure to provide this information within 24 hours may affect eligibility for claims.

5.Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

This Limited Warranty does not apply to:

(a) Normal wear and cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and cracks;
(b) Damage caused by misuse, accidents (including but not limited to collisions, fire, or liquid ingress), neglect, abuse, overloading, unauthorized disassembly, installation, wiring, repair, testing, or use of non-approved accessories or parts;
(c) Damage caused by operating the product outside the usage guidelines or conditions defined by lubluelu;
(d) Issues caused by use with non-lubluelu devices;
(e) Damage caused by third-party modification of firmware or software (lubluelu reserves the right to disable the product in cases of suspected fraud, loss, or theft);
(f) Damage caused by failure to follow operating instructions or perform required maintenance;
(g) Failures of components that naturally wear out or require regular replacement;
(h) Damage caused by use beyond normal and reasonable operating scenarios.

Damage caused by failing to comply with lubluelu operating instructions is the sole responsibility of the user.
Users are responsible for:

(i) Proper operation of the device;
(j) Performing regular preventive maintenance as required;
(k) Following operation and maintenance guidance provided in the user manual, quick start guide, and official website.

1.Product model number;
2.A clear description of the issue and how it occurs;
3.Photos or videos showing the problem (e.g., malfunction behavior, damage details, abnormal operation);
4.Proof of purchase.

Providing complete information helps us shorten processing time and deliver a faster solution.

7.Disclaimer

lubluelu does not guarantee that the product will meet all user requirements. The full risk as to product performance and suitability lies with the user.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, lubluelu and its suppliers disclaim all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

This Limited Warranty grants specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your jurisdiction.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lubluelu and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

- Loss of business profits;
- Business interruption;
- Loss of business data or information;
- Any other financial or commercial loss;

arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if lubluelu has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Since some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation may not apply to all users.
